Starting Fall 2006 the practice fields will be managed by a staff of volunteers.  These volunteers will not be a board position but assist the Practice Field Commissioner.  Each volunteer will be assigned a single field or park.  A identifying shirt will be provided to each volunteer.

Practice Field Assignments
 All the practice field assignments will be on the web for anyone to access and print go to example.  Coaches will use a 5&2 code to identify them.  5&2 is the first 5 letters of their last name then the first 2 letters of their first name. 
Example Mike Alexander = alexami
Example Fred Der = derfr
Team names or team number will not be used since this is to much identifying information on the web.

Space allocation
U6 & U8 get an eighth of a soccer field.  For each time slot there will be a max of 8 teams on a field.
U10 thru U19 get a quarter of a soccer field.  For each time slot there will be a max of 4 teams on a field.
