Most of the Practice fields will be open and available for practices this next week (1-4/1-7).  Listed below are the date and fields that will be CLOSED for practices due to re scheduled games.
 
Tuesday 1 - 5
Beryl West 1 and West 2 
 
Wednesday 1 - 6
Beryl West 1, West 2, East 2 and Red Hill
 
Thursday 1 - 7
Beryl West 1, West 2 and East 2
 
If you only have a game on Saturday 1 - 9 ( No mid week game )you are allowed to practice twice this week.  If you have a re scheduled game this week and play a mid week game, you are only allowed to practice once this week.
 
Over flow areas.
If you are scheduled to practice on a field that has a re scheduled game, listed below are some options.  Heritage Park is open and the biggest area for teams to move up to.  ECP will also be available.  Please work along with the other coaches.  There should be plenty of room.
 
Next week practices
For those teams that do move on to finals the following week there are some practice field issues already.
Red Hill North will be closed Monday 1-11, Tuesday 1-12, Wednesday 1-13, Tuesday 1-19, Wednesday 1-20 due to Select Try Outs.
 
Beryl West 1 and West 2 will be closed Tuesday 1-12.
All Beryl fields ( Beryl West 1 & 2, East 1 & 2 ) will be closed on Wednesday 1-13 due to Final games.

Practice Field Assignments
 All the practice field assignments will be on the web for anyone to access and print go to example.  Coaches will use a 5&2 code to identify them.  5&2 is the first 5 letters of their last name then the first 2 letters of their first name. 
Example Mike Alexander = alexami
Example Fred Der = derfr
Team names or team number will not be used since this is to much identifying information on the web.

Space allocation
U6 & U8 get an eighth of a soccer field.  For each time slot there will be a max of 8 teams on a field.
U10 thru U19 get a quarter of a soccer field.  For each time slot there will be a max of 4 teams on a field.
