Practice Scheduler
New for Spring 2011 we will be using an online database for scheduling practices. Watch the video.
The flow chart for obtaining a practice field.
Incorrect use or misuse can cause serious delays in obtaining a practice field!  Warning:  Once you have selected this CANNOT be changed without assistance from the Practice Field Scheduler Admin.  Thus it is very important to read these instruction throughly!

New for Spring 2011 and the online Practice scheduler:
Coaches have to actively pick a pre-defined dual practice combo of predefined days.

Only one selection per coach.

Username & coach ARE EQUAL!

Instructions:
 Username & Password:
Each coach will be provided with a separate username & password for each team to the Practice Scheduler.
    * Only one team selection per username. 
    * Double head coaches will be provides with 2 usernames & passwords.
    * Only the Head coach will be provide the Username & password.
     * Username = Coach
 Example:

Obtaining username & password:
To gain the username & password the head coach must present their team roster.
   
If the Team Coach name is empty the Divisional must make contact the Practice Field rep prior to obtaining the username & password.

Loging onto the database:
Login to the data base using the assigned the username & password.
Both username & password are case sensitivity.

User names are team related.  Ex: U10B04, U14G01, U1619G01 etc.
Only one team selection per username.  Double head coaches will be provides with 2 usernames & passwords.

You cannot receive your password if you have forgotten or lost your documentation until you have updated the database.

First time log on (not processing this step first WILL cause delay in approving your selection):
Select Modify Your User Profile.



Modify Your User Profile:
First name: Never modify.
Last Name: Never modify.
Username: Never modify.
Password: OK to modify.
Email Address: Modify so you can be contacted of problems or approval with your selection.
Select Modify Profile to complete.
Field Selection:
Select Search to start the practice selection process.
Once logged in you will only be able to choose from age specific Location drop down.
Select the field and then View Record.
Finalizing your selection:
After entering your info, as in the example below select Make Request.
 Warning:  Once you have selected this CANNOT be changed without assistance from the Practice Field Scheduler Admin. 

Thus it is very important to read these instruction throughly!
Practice selection is complete:
Once your practice selection is approved you will receive am email confirming your selection.
 Here your selection is final.  An email is sent to the Practice Field Scheduler Admin.  If there are any problems you will be contacted by email.  If your email is in error at EAYSO then there will be considerable delay or your Request could be deleted without notification.
