Sponsorship Opportunity Sponsor Form AYSO is a nationwide non-profit youth recreational soccer organization that operates under the philosophies of Open Registration, Balanced Teams, Everyone Plays, Positive Coaching, and Good Sportsmanship. Region 65, Rancho Cucamonga, is a fully charted region of AYSO and our fall soccer season will commence in September with 3,000 boys and girls from the ages of 5 to 18 years old. Based on our philosophies, Region 65 tries to keep its registration fees as low as possible in order to provide the opportunity for all interested players to enjoy the game of soccer. As such, we offer two types of sponsorship opportunities to local businesses to help us pay our expenses and keep our fees to a minimum. Team Sponsorship Program Our Team Sponsorship Program consists of a $200 (or more) tax-deductible donation. As a thank you (with time permitting), approved Team Sponsor’s company information are listed in our parent’s game schedule book and are allowed on the team’s banner each Saturday during their game. Regional Sponsorship Program ur Corporate Sponsorship Program consists of a $1,000 (or more) tax-deductible donation. As a thank you (with time permitting when received), approved Corporate Sponsor’s company information is displayed at one of our soccer venues each Saturday game day, in our parent’s game schedule book, and on our website (links to your company website are also available). For both programs, we will send your company a plaque at the end of the season as a way of saying thanks. I believe that this program presents a win-win opportunity for both of our organizations.
